THE SCREECH OWL



This is Hubert Alfred, a Screech Owl who is totally imprinted on
humans. Someone raised him as a pet, which is totally illegal. He
is now a permanent resident at Barnswallow and is used for
educational purposes.

Hubert Alfred again. He's "cute as a bug's ear," isn't he? It is only
too bad he doesn't get to live in the wild, but he does have a good
life at Barnswallow.

These are two of the three young Screech Owls living in this building.
